Picking up a fresh, convenient and healthy lunch can sometimes be a challenge. Luckily the
Schnucks across the street makes hand rolled sushi fresh every day. I like it because it’s light, fresh and cool and they offer a brown rice version. Today I’m enjoying their basic California roll. Although I must admit sometimes I think it’s serves as a vehicle for
wasabi. I
wasabi! Too bad I can’t enjoy a glass of Vignoles, it would be perfect! Oh well…back to work.
